In 2022 Sajecki Planning Inc. was retained by the owners, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary consultant team, to secure municipal approvals for ten (10) 3-storey semi-detached dwellings at 5 John Street and 274 Coastline Drive in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. The development requires an Official Plan Amendment application, and a Zoning By-law Amendment application.

Situated on the Nottawasaga Bay, the development optimizes the use of the existing natural heritage systems and parks. It also serves as an opportunity to help achieve Wasaga’s population targets through gentle intensification.

The development incorporates 2,043.90 m2 of residential space, 10 vehicle parking spaces, and a generously landscaped area. The project contemplates individual rooftop and rear outdoor areas for each of the units.
