Welcome Home! 227 Pape Avenue to Become Permanent Office for Sajecki Planning as Toronto and East York Committee Approves Minor Variance Application

The Sajecki Planning Inc. Team strikes a pose outside their recently-approved office at 227 Pape Ave.

Sajecki Planning Inc. is pleased to announce that the Toronto and East York Committee of Adjustment unanimously approved a Minor Variance Application that will allow us to transform 227 Pape Avenue into our permanent office. The building is co-owned by Partner David Sajecki, who lives on the second floor. Many members of our team, reside within and surrounding the Leslieville neighbourhood, and will be commuting to work either on foot or by bicycle.

The space will function as a hotel-style office and communal work hub, thereby restoring the historic commercial use of this beautiful Victorian-era building. The project will contribute to the vibrancy and animation of Leslieville, while advancing the City of Toronto's objective of re-introducing small-scale commercial uses within the core of neighbourhoods.
