Sajecki Planning Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Michi McCloskey, Dylan Dewsbury and Maham Siddiqui in recognition of their ongoing leadership, commitment to excellence, and integral role within our team.

Michi McCloskey is being promoted to Associate. Michi has expertise in policy and land use planning, development planning, and public and stakeholder engagement. She has a passion for facilitation and strategic communications. In addition to her work at Sajecki Planning Inc., Michi is a Member of the Etobicoke York District Committee of Adjustment. Michi’s experience includes municipal-wide Official Plan and Zoning By-law reviews, Secondary Plans, Community Strategic Plans, Heritage Conservation District Studies, public and stakeholder engagement programs, development feasibility studies, development approvals, and Ontario Land Tribunal evidence.

Dylan Dewsbury is being promoted to Associate. Dylan has expertise in policy and land use planning, development planning, and public and stakeholder consultation. He has a passion for sustainable and community-centric development. Dylan’s experience includes Secondary Plans, Master Plans, growth management strategies, development feasibility studies, development approvals, mediation, and Ontario Land Tribunal evidence.

Maham Siddiqui is being promoted to Senior Planner. Maham has expertise in policy and land use planning, development planning, and land economics. She has a passion for sustainable development and economic growth through community-centric planning. Maham’s experience includes municipal-wide Zoning By-law reviews, growth management strategies, economic development strategies, Community Improvement Plans, development feasibility studies, and development approvals.
