SITEPLANTECH

In 2018 Sajecki Planning Inc. was retained by Lamb Development Corp, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary consultant team, to secure municipal approvals for a 9-storey mixed-use development at 21-51 Queen Street North in Mississauga, Ontario. The development requires an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Site Plan Approval.

Situated in Mississauga’s Streetsville neighborhood, the development optimizes the use of the site while offering a mix of commercial and residential uses, a range of unit types and sizes, and generous amenities and landscaping.

The development incorporates 390 residential units, including a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. A total of 2,742 square meters of amenity space will be provided, including a coworking space, children’s room, swimming pool, garden, and rooftop barbecue space. The development will also include 575 vehicle parking spaces, 300 bicycle parking spaces, and a bicycle repair station.
