Morgan Dundas is a Senior Planner at Sajecki Planning. He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University. Morgan is a Provisional Member of both the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. He has expertise in policy and land use planning, development planning, and public engagement. Morgan also has a passion for navigating the municipal approvals process in a diplomatic manner while simultaneously advancing projects and seeking unique solutions to emerging issues.

Morgan has managed and supported on projects for a variety of private-sector clients. His experience includes development feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, development approvals and applications (Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, and Site Plan Approval applications), mediation, Committee of Adjustment Hearings, TLAB and OLT materials (Witness Statements, Affidavits, Visual Evidence, and Document Books).
