Morgan Dundas is a dedicated and results-driven Senior Planner at Sajecki Planning, bringing a strong background in urban and regional planning to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a Provisional Member of both the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).
Morgan has developed a broad expertise in policy and land use planning, development planning, and public and stakeholder consultation. His ability to navigate the complexities of the municipal approvals process with diplomacy ensures that projects advance efficiently while balancing competing interests. He is particularly skilled at identifying creative and strategic solutions to emerging planning challenges, making him a valuable asset to both private and public sector clients.
Throughout his career, Morgan has successfully managed and contributed to a wide range of projects for private sector clients. His experience spans development feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, development approvals, mediation, and municipal planning processes. He is also well-versed in the procedural aspects of planning applications, including Committee of Adjustment hearings, Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) evidence outlines, affidavits, and document book preparation.
