Sajecki Planning and Castlepoint Numa Unveil Plans for 262 Rental Units in Toronto’s 72 Perth Avenue

 

Sajecki Planning Inc. is thrilled to be working with Castlepoint Numa to support the creation of new rental housing and affordable housing in Toronto. The proposed 18-storey building at 72 Perth Avenue will deliver 262 rental units, with 10% committed as affordable units. The building has been carefully designed by Studio JCI to fit within the local context. Our team has been working collaboratively with City staff and are aiming for a quick ZBA approval, with groundbreaking targeted later this year.
