On Monday June 19th we presented our recommendations from the Town of Newmarket’s Development Approvals Process Review. The review, which was led by Sajecki Planning Inc. and Hemson Consulting, identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in development review to help facilitate solutions to a housing crisis with no easy solutions and a rapidly evolving legislative framework. The presentation was delivered by David Sajecki and Meghan White to the Town’s Committee of the Whole and covered by newmarkettoday.ca.
