Sajecki Planning Inc. Attends Grand Opening of ChildVenture’s Sheppard Avenue West Site After Unanimous Committee of Adjustment Approval

Sajecki Planning Inc. is honored to be invited to the grand opening of Child Venture’s Sheppard Avenue West site this past Saturday. Partner Ed Sajecki and Senior Planner Morgan Dundas were in attendance.

Sajecki Planning Inc. represented the project at the Committee of Adjustment in May 2024, where the Committee unanimously approved the application. We also received invaluable support from Councillor Lily Cheng’s office, which recognizes the critical shortage of early learning and child care facilities in Toronto and prioritized this site accordingly. Here’s to many more early learning and child care centres opening across Toronto!
