Sajecki Planning welcomes Lead - Development Planning

Sajecki Planning is pleased to welcome Antonio De Franco to our team as Lead - Development Planning.

Tony, a Registered Professional Planner with over 12 years of experience, and holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto.

Tony has extensive expertise in managing complex community planning and development projects for both public and private sector clients, including municipal planning approvals, master planning, urban design, and transit-oriented development. Tony has also served as an expert witness at the Ontario Land Tribunal and has presented at conferences, city councils, and the Committee of Adjustment.

With a strong grasp of the municipal approvals process and provincial policy, Tony has been involved in all stages of development approvals, from master planning and rezonings to site plan approvals and minor variances.
