Exciting developments are underway in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood. Sajecki Planning is pleased to announce the submission of an application for a 16-storey mixed-use development at 243-247 Davenport Road, designed by Richard Wengle, Architect for DC Dev Corp. Sajecki Planning was retained to provide planning and urban design services in support of the site-specific Zoning By-law Amendment application.
